You Want to Help.  Here's How.

Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ tells us in Mark 14:7, "For you always have the poor with you, and whenever you wish you can do good to them..."  Likewise, Proverbs 19:17 says, "One who is gracious to the poor lends to the LORD, And He will repay him for his good deed."  The message of Christian charity and giving is woven thoroughly  throughout God's Word, and there is a clear expectation that Christ followers help out their fellow man whenever they can.  Therefore, the Core Network was created to utilize modern technology to help streamline this process.

Who We Are

Common Goal with a Distinct Identity

Core Network is a a group of community leaders and volunteers who are dedicated to spreading the love of Christ by simply helping those in our community who are in need.  Through the advancement of modern technology, connecting people, even on a global scale, with much needed resources has become much easier and more accessible than ever before and we, as Christ followers, have a distinct responsibility to that end.  With modern technology, the mission field has become an increasingly smaller place and help can be instantly administered at the touch of button.  As faithful stewards of all the things God has blessed us with (including technology), we at the Core Network believe that it is every Christian's solemn duty to utilize our own unique resources and talents in ways that are most glorifying to God almighty.  The Bible also clearly emphasizes over and over again, "Love your neighbor!," as one of the Lord's most important commands and Jesus carefully illustrates this practically by telling us a story about a man who goes out of his way and sacrifices his own resources and personal safety in order to assist a complete stranger, who is on the very brink of perishing (Luke 10:25-37).  Likewise, we understand that God loves a cheerful giver (2 Corinthians 9:7).  So, basically the Core Network is a very simple platform that allows Christians to give to others.

Make a Difference

Online Giving

Online giving is the heart and soul of the Core Network.  People in need contact us through our various social media outlets, then we get the word out by creating a post and sharing with our members.  Our members then give as they feel led, by making a simple donation via PayPal, while sharing the posts with their own social media networks, encouraging their friends to do the same.  This makes giving easy as well as instantly amplifies and maximizes our efforts so that giving does not become a burden.  We share the responsibility, like we see in Acts.  Finally, the Core Network utilizes the collection to render aid to the person needing it.  Fast, simple, and effective - all to the glory of the Lord!

Volunteer Opportunities

As the Core Network grows, volunteer opportunities are sure to present themselves in greater numbers in the form of community service projects.  For instance, someone may contact the Core Network with a need to have a wheelchair ramp built for an aging parent, but does not have the resources nor the skills to accomplish this.  It is one of our primary goals that Core Network members would be able to volunteer in order to assist in the oversight and completion of such an important and critical project, as well as many other projects like this.

Fundraising

Another one of our goals is to aid in the future fundraising efforts for various gospel centered projects like; youth camps, mission trips, church plants, minister training, leadership conferences, etc.
